Born in Malaga on June 18, 1976, Moreno Borja landed in the world of acting by chance. After working for years in family businesses, he found professional stability in a security company as General Coordinator for all of Spain, since he continues to perform today and which matches his new passion: his career as an actor.

It all started when, two years ago, he received a message from a friend on WhatsApp telling him that a film director was casting for gypsy actors. They were looking for a man of his characteristics and at the insistence of family and friends, he introduced himself. That director was Arantxa Echevarría and the crush was absolute. Arantxa saw in him not only the perfect man to play Paco, but also a potential actor with an innate talent and an overwhelming stage presence. That work earned him the nomination for the Goya Award for Best New Actor and a great reception by the public and critics.

Then came the shootings of “Arde Madrid”, in which he played the character of Vargas, the “La Peste” in its second season, and the film “Adiós”, the renowned director Paco Cabezas, these last two opening earrings. Today, there is so many more projects, both in film and television. And, meanwhile, enjoy everything he does with enthusiasm and professionalism. As he always says: “Little by little, step by step. The rush is never good”.
