The Days To Come, a new film by Sundance Award-winning director Carlos Marqués-Marcet (10,000km), is an intimate portrait of a couple in crisis that uses the actual pregnancy of the acting duo within a fictionalised story. Over nine months they will have to learn what it will mean to be the three of them, despite not yet having had the time to learn how to be just the two of them. Taking advantage of the actor’s true pregnancy, the film explores just how difficult it can be to share the process of this profoundly transformative experience with one another.
